Tube cutting machine with rotating blade for straight or angle cutting

This machine is able to cut straight or pre-bent tubes extremities and to make angle cutting by using an elliptically rotating blade moving from the inside toward the outside of the tube. Tubes to be straight cut can have a diameter between 30 and 70 mm; the min offcut here is 2 mm while the max is 90 mm depending on tube diameter; max wall thickness with stainless tubes 2 mm. Tubes to be angle cut can have a diameter between 38 and 70 mm, a max offcut of 10 mm. In case a bigger offcut than 10 mm is required, the cutting unit makes a pre-notch to cut out the excess material. The pre-notching is made by a side cutter that breaks the rim of the tube (+10 mm) in order to let the second blade for angle cutting come into the tube.
